The Butchers Shop at New Manor Farm is run by a highly skilled team of five Butchers, with over 100 years of experience between them. It supplies meat to not just the public in the Farm shop, but also to Caterers and Restaurants locally.
There is a vast range of meat on offer, from our own well hung mature Beef-hung from two to three weeks, Lamb and Pork, with the addition of local seasonal meats such as Free Range Chicken, Venison, Quail, Partridge, Duck, Pheasant and Guinea Fowl to name a few.
Try our own choicest cuts of meat, prepared here on the premises, and own original recipe sausages and burgers, which sit alongside Kebabs, Ribs, and various BBQ packs.
At Christmas, exquisite Meat Boxes and Turkeys are added, available to be collected or sent out by courier.
A Butchery service is also available for local animals.
